In what scenarios does Inmemory store issue refunds?

Refunds for Premium Remembrance:

Once a payment has been made for the premium remembrance, and the remembrance has been published and made live on the portal, the price is non-refundable.

Users can check beforehand how a premium remembrance looks like before putting up a premium remembrance and making it live on the website.

Refunds for Life Story:

Once the life story is made live on the website, it is non refundable.

Users can request inmemory team for a sample of life story and then decide and make the payment for a new life story to be published on the website.

Refunds are issued by Inmemory store only when,

  • The order was cancelled by the customer or Inmemory store
  • The customer returned a product and requested for a refund:

How can I track the status of my refund after returning a product?
Once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation we will send you an acknowledgement via SMS to your registered mobile number and by email to your registered email id.
